As a **Color Technician** you will be responsible for obtaining the required tone for each product using different matching techniques through the execution of the operational excellence model, following standards and procedures in safety and quality.
This position reports to the senior production manager
**Key Responsibilities** (6-10 maximum bullet points in this section)
- Optimizes the stages of the matching process through the implementation of improvements.
- Captures the adjustments made in the Oracle system to maintain inventory control.
- Performs the addition of materials necessary to execute the adjustments derived from the deviations
- Monitors inventories of semi-finished products (Inks, Dyes and Pigments) to ensure the supply of the material.
- Participates in the addition and recovery control of Non-Conforming Products.
- Prepares performance reports that allow decisions to be made and timely reports of deviations in the process.
- Promotes and models Good Manufacturing Practices and behaviors in the use of Operational Excellence Systems.
**Qualifications**
- Technical degree, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or similar.
- Experience 2 or more years
- Intermediate English
- Experience in the Chemical Industry and a minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
- Basic English
