Commerce Functional Lead

**Position Overview**:
As a Commerce Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our e-commerce functions, ensuring the effective implementation of strategies and technological solutions to maximize the performance of our e-commerce platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Oversee e-commerce projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

3. Continuously evaluate the efficiency of e-commerce processes, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.

4. Work closely with marketing, IT, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient user experience.

5. Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to enhance the product and service offerings.

Required Tools and Software:

- E-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge in CRM and ERP (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Project management tools like Asana or Trello.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.

**Salary**: $50,000 MXN gross
