Location: Puebla Huejotzingo, MX, 74160- Job Requisition ID: 5628**Goal of Position**:This position will be responsible for IT vendor & contract management, digitalizing &/or modernizing IT processes, IT governance & risk management, business alignment, IT product charging, Onboarding & talent development, and other SPO analysts in supporting all IT functions. S/he will have a proactive attitude to support the business and internal IT needs, continuously improving IT productivity and quality, promoting innovative & collaborative work environment, and managing IT related goals & KPIs. S/he will be the main interface to several business departments to support IT needs, for example, HR, Finance or Purchasing. The position requires a proactive approach to identify problems in these fields and eventually recommending solutions**Prerequisites**:- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred- 5+ years previous experience in IT processes & relationship management- Commercial/Financial data analysis- Facilitation & moderation- Strong digital proficiency using Windows, Office365 (Advanced Excel, Word, Power Point), Outlook, SAP/BI, Digital media- Agile & shared services- Lean, Quality, Innovation- German &/or Spanish language skills (preferred)**Task**:- Relationship management with internal & external IT partners- Administer contracts, invoicing, licenses, and product charging- IT Quality improvement including Goals & KPIs, plus various reporting- IT process improvement & tools- IT Governance including reporting & risk management- Regional support of the IT Budget process- Support P&I programs:MOVE, FFQ, PAs, audits... etc.- Support in quality gate activities to ensure the successful completion of small and medium sized projects (Request for Changes)- The Director of Strategy and Program Office will provide oversight and direction to employees in accordance with Schaeffler policies and procedures as well as assist employees in setting goals.
