No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.ResponsibilitiesThe OpportunityThe Role of MBS Conectados Analyst has the objective of supporting the LATAM business teams by:Generate modifications files within Conectados system, Request changes in MC1 and Salesforce, edit data in MC1 & Salesforce, Request updating in a productive environment and validate changes applied in the system (MC1 and Salesforce).Point of contact between the business and the technology teams (Conectados) as troubleshooting for any data or performance issues.As the Conectados Analyst, it will be necessary to work through requirements gathering with functional teams of LATAM, being able to document needs, manage themselves with setting appropriate activities.Your ImpactAs Sales Support Assoc Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:Modify data in the system (MC1 or Salesforce) as business needed.Validate changes in the system (MC1 or Salesforce).Confirm changes were made in system with conectados and with the business. (LATAM 13 countries).Capable to analyze a request or issue and provide a solution either with existing reporting tools or by enhancing new functionalities.Able to optimize process by leveraging best practices.Establish process to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems.Ensure appropriate customer escalations and ticket assignment with different teams including sustain.Participate in fine tuning activities to improve performance and/or ensure the SLA.Consistently attending meeting with the client subject matter expert to acquire functional business requirements.Participate in the continuous improvements meetings.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?EducationBusiness Administration, Engineer, IT or Data & Analytics related career.ExperienceGood understanding of Business analytics and reporting tools (MC1, Salesforce, SAP Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Oracle etc.).Expertise using different source systems of data like SAP/BW, Teradata, EDW, Flat files, Data loaded.Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel.Advanced English
