**The Role**:**Your Impact**:- Lead planning and execution of the Ford of Canada and Ford of Mexico annual Ford & Lincoln Protect Launch plan with cross-functional team members- Assist Ford of Canada and Ford of Mexico with new product development and growth initiatives (such as TireCARE and direct mail programs)- Leverage best practices and processes to grow ESB sales in **Canada and Mexico**:- Lead Ford Protect product discussions on overall product and pricing- Manage and standardized US Ford and Lincoln Protect websites, including Owner sites, Ford Protect eCommerce site, Tier 3 dealer websites, and online advertising landing pages- **Support relationship with advertising partners, developing B2B and B2C media campaigns to grow business through loyal dealers, non-loyal Ford Protect dealers, reach consumers while they are in the auto shopping mindset, re-engage consumers who have performed shopping actions, and reach consumers shopping at non-loyal dealers**:- Manage department Fixed Marketing budget and spending- Serve as primary interface with Ford Credit Insurance Operations relating to management and maintenance of dealer experience accounts (cession statement, NCFC and CFC dealer reporting)- Marketing products, being successful in the market.
