Job DescriptionReview and advice in legal matters, support all business units nationwide in Mexico, review and drafting of credit, trust, and other guarantee agreements; draft and review of several types of agreements; analysis and implementation of local regulation.Monitoring and legal advice regarding compliance with guidelines issued by Mexican authorities regarding the automotive industry and relationship with the Government for compliance with guidelines,Coordination, follow-up, and negotiation of litigation in which the group companies are part, as well as contact with external lawyers in charge of them,Legal support for special projects (ie join Ventures and spin offs),Coordination and legal advice for the negotiation and signing of different legal documents with clients, direct relationship for legal support,Advice and support CREM negotiations in Mexican localities.Additional InformationAt Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
