.The Commercial Audiences Marketing Manager for Latin America is responsible for supporting to continue to nurture, deepen, and widen relationships by engaging with current and potential business partners and providing relevant data and tools to support their business goals and growth, while positioning the company as the ideal insurance partner.
This executive will translate commercial segment plans and priorities into effective marketing programs to help communicate value proposition to these audiences (Agents, Brokers, and MADs) via multiple channels, including marketing campaigns, business events, industry conferences, and corporate hospitality programs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement regional 360-degree campaigns and initiatives to nurture, deepen, and widen relationships with current and potential business partners.Provide commercial audiences with relevant data and tools that can support their business goals and growth, highlighting insurance expertise and capabilities.Maintain up-to-date knowledge on customers, agents, and broker issues, market trends, supporting the business creating go-to marketing strategy.Collaborate with the wider network of countries and regional M&C leaders to support the deployment of campaigns and activities, ensuring that marketing campaigns are effectively integrated into the business plans.Develop, socialize, and win buy-in for marketing programs that align with the business priorities.
Execute them in collaboration with global, regional, and local colleagues.Develop and manage budgets for the area, as well as reporting on KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.Work closely with P&C heads to further engage with agents, brokers, and major accounts' clients by creating and sharing exclusive Thought Leadership content (whitepapers, major risks global research, global insights, and trends), L&D opportunities, experiences (i.E., events), and top-notch collateral (Product brochures, ppts).Support the expansion of the unified segmentation program in the region that entices agents to support increasing share of wallet.Closely work with the Center for Agent Development (CDAC) team on learning and development curricula and promote training fairs, conferences, and webinars.Continue improving the quarterly e-magazine (content, rates, SM activation), adding products & appetite guides.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Work with the market research area, analyzing data to inform strategies, campaigns, and content development.ExperienceAt least 5 years in B2B marketing, designing effective proposition campaigns to differentiate a company in a highly competitive market.Experience in bringing ideas and innovation to the team and turning them into action
