Siemens Energy is seeking a Commercial Business Analyst Lead, to execute billable events in our SAP ERP system and to produce invoices to our Siemens clients.
This is a team lead position within the Client Invoicing team and will work closely with their team of four to five peers, overseeing their work for accuracy and completeness.
Working with project managers, this position reviews client purchase orders and other correspondence to establish billing events in SAP Projects module.
Upon milestone completion, field work completion or repair shipments, the Commercial Business Analyst gathers necessary documentation and prepares the tasks within SAP for accurate and timely recording of invoicing transactions.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Review client contracts for revenue compliance and invoice accuracy of both Services (Time and Material) and Manufacturing Project invoices for sixteen operations.
- Prepare and review client invoices in SAP using source documentation and other factory-generated materials.
- Work with location project managers to compile documentation in support of completed billing events for manufactured products and services.
- Compile and organize billable employee time and materials related to services contracts.
- Verify shipping documentation to complete billing for service center repairs.
- Submit invoicing data thru client's Accounts Receivable portals.
- Prepare monthly internal and external metrics to Operational Finance for domestic businesses.
- Answer Client questions regarding billings information.
Work with other departments to resolve billing issues as necessary.
- Work collaboratively to make process improvements and increase the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is a must.
- SAP/ ERP System Experience is required.
- Must possess strong verbal and oral communication skills demonstrated ability to comprehend financial systems and accounting concepts.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
