- University Degree in Administration or similar degree
- Professional Experience (more than 4 years)
- Technical Knowledge in SAP
- Experience in manufacturing facility experience is a plus.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team or independently as needed.
- Must be detail oriented, self-starting, and coordinated.
- Willingness to travel to USA to 10% of time.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Order Entry Process Owner
- Maintains the required documents for the order entry process (PO, Contract Docs, Tax Docs, Bonds/Guarantees)
- Build Sales Order Folders and maintains permanent electronic record keeping.
- Facilitates order handoff from marketing/sales to customer order engineering.
- Documentation of Change Order Process & Approval Drawing Process
- Works directly with customers and the sales channel to fulfill requirements and provide status updates.
- Supports the collections department as needed to facilitate payment from customers.
- Interacts with other internal departments to ensure contractual obligations are met on time.
- Prepare management reports as required.
