Responsibilities:Regional Contracting, Rebates & Pricing specialists drive and follow up on contract execution, manage rebates and accruals, ensure compliant Third-Party Intermediary (TPI) management & support with pricing.Key Activities, Accountabilities and Results:Contracting: Enters in Ariba, pro-actively follows up on approvals/signature and status updates to commercial; Coordinates contractualterms implementation cross functionally.Rebates & Commission: Coordinates & executes accruals incl. monthly/quarterly SOX controls, settlement in alignment with commercial; Sets-up and maintains commissions incl. quarterly reports (agents), data validation in collaboration with Finance & Commercial.Third-Party Intermediary (TPI) Management: Manages TPI onboarding, due diligence, annual certification and 3 year refresher.Pricing: Coordinates Surcharge maintenance; Supports commercial with Q2P; Coordinates trouble shooting price issues; Performs SOX Controls (Quarterly) & Idoc validation (weekly, monthly, quarterly); Conducts Q2P Training &Testing; Massloads Price Changes; Coordinates Formula Pricing incl. index reports.Key Stakeholders/Key Deliverables:Commercial Team, P&L, Finance/Credit/FP&A, CX, S&OP, Legal, Contract Review Meeting Executive, Quality, Tax.Ensure optimal alignment on functional processes and practices.Exchange functional knowledge and experience.Share trends and customer knowledge.Qualifications:Critical Experiences:SAP/Ariba/BI/SFDC & Excel.Knowledge of basic accounting principles & base contract/legal understanding.Understanding of cross functional contract & rebate implications.Proactive way of communication & support orientation.Competencies / Behaviors:Collaboration, communication skills, support oriented.Attention to detail & sense for compliance.Process, system & number affinity.Legal understanding & enthusiasm for building legal know-how.#J-18808-Ljbffr
