Key Activities, Accountabilities and Results: Contracting: Enters in Ariba, pro-actively follows up on approvals/signature and status updates to commercialCoordinates contractual terms implementation cross functionallyRebates & Commission: Coordinates & executes accruals incl. monthly/quarterly SOX controls, settlement in alignment with commercialSets-up and maintains commissions incl. quarterly reports (agents), data validation in collaboration with Finance & CommercialThird-Party Intermediary (TPI) Management: Manages TPI onboarding, due diligence, annual certification and 3 year refresherPricing: Coordinates Surcharge maintenance, supports commercial with Q2P, coordinates trouble shooting price issuesPerforms SOX Controls (Quarterly) & Idoc validation (weekly, monthly, quarterly)Conducts Q2P Training & TestingMassloads Price ChangesCoordinates Formula Pricing incl. index reportsKey Stakeholders/Key deliverable: Commercial Team, P&L, Finance/Credit/FP&A, CX, S&OP, Legal, Contract Review Meeting Executive, Quality, Tax: Ensure optimal alignment on functional processes and practicesExchange functional knowledge and experienceShare trends and customer knowledgeQualificationsCritical Experiences: SAP/Ariba/BI/SFDC & ExcelKnowledge of basic accounting principles & base contract/legal understandingUnderstanding of cross functional contract & rebate implicationsProactive way of communication & support orientationCompetencies / Behaviors: Collaboration, communication skills, support orientedAttention to details & sense for complianceProcess, system & number affinityLegal understanding & enthusiasm for building legal know-how
