To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified **Commercial Coordinator**. This position will be located in **Eugene, OR; Seville, Spain; Santiago (or Chillan), Chile; Tala, Mexico, or Lima, Peru.**The Fall Creek Commercial Coordinator is a commercial role that will develop into the Commercial Team's Data Stewart, for all Fall Creek customer data, in all systems including Salesforce, SAP, or any other system where customer data is maintained. The position will support the development and process for the integration of Fall Creek customer data.**What you'll do at Fall Creek**:- Subject Matter Expert for customer data- Audit and Validate customer data through regular analysis and reporting.- Will be responsible for all Customer Data in all the systems available today and- implemented in the future.- Resolve data quality issues.- Perform root cause analysis.- Hands on data fixes.- Ensure that all CRM, courses/training are implemented, assist in the clean-up of information through the regions help by filtering commercial teams' requests and needs to the CRM system.- Assist in the internal communication and implementation of all new policies, pricing, communication, training, and events.- Assist in the coordination of all CRM contracts.- Escalate decisions and issues to Data Managers as needed.- Suggest pro-active data standards/policies/validations.- Create and maintain data policy documentation.- Management, communication, coordination, and ongoing maintenance of Sales Training programs including licensing tracking by individual.- Track program budget and pay invoices as required.- Maintain program documentation and keep materials organized.- Coordinate logistics for live events (enrollments, online access, meetings rooms, materials, shipping, etc.).- Work with the Customer Success and Learning & Development teams, as well as targeted internal teams to create and implement engagement strategies.**What you bring to Fall Creek**:- Bachelor's degree in any field that included program or project management as part of the curricula, or equivalent combination of experience and education.- Two to Five plus years' experience in a training/learning environment working on program or project management.- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.- Excellent time-management, organizational, problem-prevention, and problemsolving skills- Experience managing a program or project budget.- Experience writing company communications, targeted at various audiences.- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)- Experience summarizing and presenting information. Familiarity with MS PowerPoint (e.G., creating focused presentations that adhere to a brand template)- Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel (e.G., filters and searches) to track employee progress, answer status questions and provide reports
