.Overview:The **Commercial Credit Audit Analyst** will be responsible for administrating, analyzing, evaluating and presenting performance reports of the audits executed to the dealer network, as well as visiting dealers as auditor from time to time according to the audit schedule. The main activities include audits execution, administration, review and recording of the result, collection derived from the results and elaboration of reports.Wholesale is in charge of the contribution, development and maintenance of the commercial relationships with our dealer network, we achieve this by attending their financing needs, products, plans and administrative services.**Location**: Monterrey, N.L.**Responsibilities**:- Administration and follow-up of audits in process, support auditors providing guidance, making decisions based on policies and procedures and appropriately manage any risk situation presented.- Management of the collection of sales and irregularities identified during the execution of the audit.- Carry out the review of the audit result to monitor and implement preventive and corrective action plans to ensure that the dealer complies with GMF's policies and procedures document the follow up and close the items.- Teamwork, support for monitoring activities and risk management with dealers.- Generate reports to give visibility to the results, action plans and activities in the department on a monthly and weekly basis.- Visit dealers in Mexico to execute audits and elaborate expenses reports according to policies.Qualifications:- Bachelor degree in Administration, Economy, Finance, Accounting or similar.- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word, etc.)- Experience in database management, collection and analysis of information.- Preferred experience in generation of macros.- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, collections or other administrative tasks.- English proficiency (will be evaluated during interview).- General knowledge of audit processes.- Effective communication skills (written, oral, presentations, etc.).- Negotiation and management of adverse situations.- Identification of causes and effects.- Ability to identify and plan measures that achieve the objectives and the quality of the service in an effective manner.- Organize work effectively so that priorities are met.- Highly inquisitive during the execution of audits and of the existing processes.- High analytical capacity.- Ability to create strategic reports, dashboards and presentations.- Travel availability to Mexico's different locations - 20%LI-MONDisclaimer: Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization
