Up to date maintenance of Sell In & Sell Out information, sales reporting, price management on CRM platform based on internal guidance. He or she will be responsible for defining and implementing an integrated way of working with strong partnering with Sales team, Finance, Accounting, Demand Planning & IT. He or she, will also contribute to administrative processes that support Sales Incentive Plans at BIC Mexico to ensure a high-quality outline for the sales force.What You'll Do:Provides full maintenance to Customer branch-Sales Agent relation at JDE & visibility to Sales, Finance, Demand Planning & IT Teams ensuring 100% BIC Governance.1st front line for support & maintenance of Sales Force CRM platform:Enables access, functions, and features for users, has direct communication with the infrastructure team for optimal performance of sales processes.Sales order entry, budget management, price activation & Special features like Back-To-School special terms activation, liable for raising all issues related to platform.Generate Reports & System Updates:Uploads Consumer & Distributor Sales on a weekly & monthly basis, based on corporate guidelines.Provides visibility every day to local Teams on Sales Evolution to keep informed the entire Business Unit & supports on data at weekly sales meetings.Generates Forecast Accuracy reports that serve to enhance IBP process every cycle & seek means to increase continuous improvement.Reconciles the closing of sales every month together with the accounting team.Monitors variances in business information such as: Values, Volumes, Documents, and gives feedback to the Commercial, Financial, Supply, IT and Global Teams.Sales Incentive Plans Administration:Responsible for following up on the calculation and posting of incentive plans to the sales force to ensure the commercial plan on a quarterly Basis.Extracts, Transforms & Loads Sell Out Information along with the Commercial Excellence Sr Associate to keep BIC information updated
