.Commercial Excellence SpecialistAs a Customer Excellence Specialist, you are a key enabler towards Hempel's Double Impact Strategy, where you will be a strong support to the commercial organization with particular focus on sales operation improvements, standardization of commercial processes, and being the sparring partner of the regional Sales teams.Here are some of the things you can look forward to:Actively work with and support the Regional Sales managers to reach their targets/forecasted budget and ensure commercial processes meet the needs of the business and customers.Drive implementation & effective sales tools (CRM, PowerBi).Support the sales organization in the definition and standardization of the commercial processes and insights to improve understanding & decision making.Support Commercial Excellence Analyst in the definition and standardization of the commercial processes and with in-country insights to improve understanding & decision making.Facilitate the monthly performance process for management review, ensuring trackers are updated and reviewed.Find opportunities for improvement in these processes.What do you need to be successful in this role?Develop and drive the data quality roadmap through improved processes and key performance indicators (KPIs).Drive a performance management structure for our post sales process.Ensure to establish KPIs and a follow-up structure in the commercial organization.Be the regional lead for global business intelligence and performance related projects.Perform deep dives and sales insights for the sales leadership team.Sounds like a match?Welcome to apply!
