In this context, it is looking for a new Commercial Executive Manager to lead its multichannel commercial strategy, focusing on both the online and offline environments.As Executive Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy of the company's main channels, collaborating directly with National Sales Managers and leading areas such as marketing, trade, merchandising, technology and sales administration. Your main challenge will be to optimize commercial performance and integrate the different areas, increasing the competitiveness of the business in a dynamic market.Main responsibilities:Develop and implement a multichannel commercial strategy, aligned with business growth objectives; Lead the team of National Sales Managers and their respective areas, ensuring alignment and sales performance; Coordinate activities in the areas of marketing, trade, merchandising, technology and sales administration, promoting synergy between departments; Evaluate and adjust the product portfolio, ensuring the company's competitiveness in the market; Monitor and analyze sales results, proposing continuous improvements; Establish and monitor sales goals for online and offline channels; Foster a culture of innovation and intersectoral collaboration.Requirements:Consolidated experience in commercial leadership positions in the technology or retail segment; Proven expertise in managing sales teams and multichannel strategy, with high influence capacity; In-depth knowledge in marketing and trade, with a focus on optimizing results; Ability to work in dynamic environments and navigate between different areas of the company; Availability to reside in the state of Santa Catarina.Benefits:Annual bonus; Private pension; Life insurance; Health plan. #J-18808-Ljbffr
