Acting as a financial business partner for the commercial team, your insights and expertise will directly influence the company's performance in LATAM markets.Key responsibilities:Ensure accurate and strategic financial planning, analysis, and execution.Provide the commercial team with actionable financial insights to guide business strategies and maximize profitability across LATAM markets.Coordinate the preparation and management of P&L statements to ensure accurate representation of business performance.Participate in the planning and execution of forecasts and budgets, providing a clear roadmap for financial stability and growth.Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and prepare presentations to support informed decision-making by stakeholders.Translate complex financial data into actionable insights that enhance business performance and identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain alignment with business objectives.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in finance, preferably in the consumer goods, retail, or FMCG sectors.Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.Experience with working closely with commercial teams is a plus.Hands-on experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to manage complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations.Fluency in English is required.What It's Like to Work Here:We collaborate: Being a part of Mattel means being part of one team with shared values and common goals.
