The mission of the Role: The mission of this role is to serve as the lead in creating comprehensive quotes and business cases by collaborating with the global quote team, engineering, sales, purchasing, and manufacturing teams. This role requires strong leadership, a proactive attitude, and the ability to drive projects to completion. Key Objectives of this Role: Manage forward model programs by working cross-functionally with purchasing, sales, engineering, program management, and manufacturing to improve program financials and deliver results that meet or exceed SOP return commitments. Support and maintain program financials from acquisition to SOP. Develop business case with strategic focus and create roadmaps to drive higher returns. Support customer negotiations and pricing strategy. Support OEM negotiations on material, freight, and surcharge costs. Participate in or lead special projects with ad-hoc analyses. Key Performance Indicators: Provide financials for Gate Reviews and change offers, on time and with accuracy. Support sales forecast and budget activities for both short term and long term planning. Results oriented, identify risks and opportunities and execute accordingly. Develop strong relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders. Continuous improvement mindset. Understand key financial metrics and understand levers to impact results. Efficient use of finance tools. Qualification, Experience and Skills: - Undergraduate degree with a focus in business, finance, accounting, or other related focus required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred. - General understanding of electronics manufacturing and quote processes.- 7+ years of experience leading FP&A or Commercial Finance team; preferably at a global manufacturing and engineering organization.- Strong business acumen, ability to build relationships with business leaders, and influence people throughout the organization.- Able to navigate complexity and ambiguity.- Strong attention to detail.- Driver of change.- Lifetime learner with a passion for developing both professionally and personally. Reporting Structure: The role reports to the Commercial Finance Senior Manager
