PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Commercial & Logistic Key Accounts Coordinator is responsible of full deployment of Philip Morris Mexico commercial & operative initiatives. He or She is the main contact between strategic partners and PMM areas to ensure an effective two-way communication channel in order to activate on time initiatives according to PMM commercial strategies (CC+SFP´s) including direct negotiation with the customers.
YOUR DAY TO DAY Ensure the proper management of the category in the assigned accounts and align common KPIs (Volume, SoM, Inventory, Revenues, etc ) between PMM & Key Account. Assure the correct implementation of JBPs and commercial plans developed by KAM or other commercial area. Follow up on inventories and portfolio segmentation as well as the different activities from Digital, Marketing (MKT), Trade Marketing (TMK) and Distribution in order to support them in the daily operative tasks. Coordinate projects in both categories (CC & SFP's) in order to assure the best execution on modern trade. Assure the correct implementation of commercial plans. Follow up on all the different activities from Digital, MKT, TMK and Distribution in order to support them in the daily operative tasks. Budget accountability and monthly projection Responsible for delivering KPIs analysis in order to design the most suitable commercial strategies for each account as well as providing accurate initiatives for better resources' allocation ensuring compliance and positive ROI for PMM; supporting KAM's decision making process. Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective communication channel between the account and PMM's business units (SFP's, FSF, TMK, MKT, Distribution) for the correct implementation of the commercial activities; ensuring long term relationships. Responsible for making analysis and integral proposals in order to support commercial and logistic agreements aligned with PMM's commercial strategy. Facilitate a continuous process of dialogue and feedback to gather insights about FSF needs competitor's threats and market opportunities to develop plans with different areas to address them. Present these bottom-up plans and the associated requests for further strategic category development at HET. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Skills: Analytical, Negotiation and Communication skills.
Qualities: Planning, Action oriented and proactive
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in the commercial area (Sales, Key Accounts, Marketing, Trade marketing)
