Commercial Manager Mexico

Brüken, a part of ASSA ABLOY – the global leader in opening solutions, is hiring a driven, high performing salesperson for a Commercial Manager position in Mexico, located in León, Gto. The Commercial Manager is responsible for managing distributors and key accounts, as well as developing new initiatives that will increase sales and profits.In this position you will:Work with customer and management to provide and improve sales and service.Maintain, review, and revise costs, as well as relay price adjustments to all customers.Manage a sales team of over 20 sales representatives.Understand customer accounts to build the overall business relationship with clients.Develop and manage current and new sales channels. Create and develop processes related to the management of customers.Provide analysis and planning to maintain and develop competitive position. Understand our competition.Perform all sales administrative functions.
