Job Description: Manages Operational and transactional aspects related to procure - to - pay process and day - to -day management of the supply base to ensure the efficient and effective execution of the sourcing strategy in local units. Ensures data integrity and continuous improvements of the functional aspects of processes and systems. Manages and supports local or regional cost and working capital optimization.

Conduct root cause analysis and ensure ongoingperformance of suppliers Lead incident escalations Formulate and implement cross-functional mitigationstrategies for supply chain resilience Direct continuous improvement initiatives and track supplysecurity measures across product categories Drive priority root cause resolution projects and trackexecution Manage and track Supply Security agenda acrosscategories Collaborate with Supply on Supplier Performance, ensuringSafety Stock levels are maintained Proactive risk management and continual improvement tooperations across the network by addressing root causes What can you expect from Mars?
