No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity:The Optima - CLR Support Analyst role will provide operational support to sales and GTM teams to ensure customer real time route management, account management and processing of sales strategy team.Will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the proper functioning of the general sales operational processes by offering support to market teams.Execute the Optima CLR Process Management agenda for LATAM through the guarantee of OLAs & SLAs established with the market.Your ImpactAs Commercial - CLR Support Analyst your functions would consist of:Manage the configuration process, which involves the collection of PEP and customer information for different Markets/OU's assigned.Identify route Structure, Count of route for Country/region/district, count customer/route, route Type.Update massive geocoding/share and fix data, Massive Truck assignment (SAP report) New customers, scorecard and PBI SC.Gain consensus with the business through the framework to centralize, standardize and then optimize customer and route information.Validate correct truck-route assignment, Bad geocode configuration, Bad design for out of cluster customer, Depot or loading days bad assignment, depot or loading days not configured of the data for the different Markets/OU's assigned.Build and manage business relationships across the different stakeholders markets considering all customer/database management for those markets across LATAM.Notify each sales and GTM teams from the different markets assigned, of the deviations identified in the system, based on the sustainability model agreed through the market SC and PBI.Prepare and present during the weekly operative and tactical sessions with OU and stakeholder leads.Build status, performance and productivity reports to follow up on solution delivery performance.Support on capability's continuous improvement plan and implementation.Ensure delivery of service according to defined SLA's.Available to work mixed hours or adapted to market needs
