Job TitleCommercial Pricing ManagerPosition PurposeResponsible for the overall strategy and execution of Commercial Pricing. Development, implementation, and execution of procedures related to the operation as well as the creation, monitoring and reporting of kip's. This position will lead the team of price analysts with focus on efficiency, performance, and compliance, as well as supporting Category Managers and Mech Directors to take the best decisionsPrimary Accountabilities- Continually evaluate key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective action plans in Commercial Pricing.- Develop team members to optimize Commercial Pricing through price zones and customers segmentation, considering pricing rules for brand gaps, competition, price families, etc. seeking to fulfill the category strategy regarding sales, units and/or profit.- Develop Commercial Pricing strategies for the best interest of the company, understanding the Commercial business requirements and market trends, continually testing and evaluating initiatives to adequate the strategy.- Create and present executive presentations summarizing the key initiative updates, next steps, recommendations, and strategy.- Manage all the administration of Commercial Pricing systems and tools to ensure having the right price in stores for each customer.- Coaching and development of Pricing Team to accomplish the objectives and create a growing career path for the team.Education & ExperienceLevel of Formal Education: A Master's degree (MA, MS, MBA) or equivalent.Area of Study: Licenciatura en Informática, Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniero en Negocios de Tecnología de información, Ingeniero en Sistemas o carrera afin.Years of Experience: Three to five years.Type of Experience: High analysis capacity, personnel management, leadership.Special Certifications or Technical Skills: English, MS Office.Other / Preferred: Retail
