Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.Your ImpactAs Commercial Sales Coordinator Your Responsibilities Would ConsistActively participating in weekly internal and cross-functional team meetings via Zoom.Managing and updating various planning calendars, such as yearly planning, national planning, and innovation schedules.Analyzing data for accuracy and preparing regular reports.Communicating weekly playbook updates to the FL Field team and managing monthly updates.Preparing meeting decks and materials for various leadership and planning meetings.Sending agendas and pre-reads, taking detailed meeting notes, and sharing recaps.Updating and organizing the Teams site to maintain file management.Collaborating with brand and marketing teams to ensure schedules are accurate and deadlines are met.Maintaining alignment between cross-functional teams, including legal.Managing a database for National consumer brand programs and acting as a liaison between FLNA Marketing and Sales Commercialization teams.Synthesizing large amounts of data into clear, consolidated reports.Populating marketing templates with accurate brand information, including analytics and digital content.Ensuring the accuracy of materials before distribution.Coordinating all marketing sales templates and materials for the commercialization team.Supporting key sales, marketing, and supply chain priorities through effective communication
