At Kyndryl, we want you to keep growing, and we'll provide plenty of opportunities to make that happen.**Your Role and Responsibilities**- Supporting complex Real Estate related business cases, typically aligned with investments as required to deliver on our wider strategy in support of Kyndryl.- Working with Project, Leasing, Country/Strategic Market Real Estate & Data Center (RDC) leaders to craft clear, reliable, repeatable and comprehensive proposals.- To align with the wider client proposal, where Real Estate commitments are included, to capture, understand and connect these cases back to the location strategy- To use solid Real Estate operational experience to adjust proposals to their optimum states- To constantly innovate to improve quality and speed, be this with tools, data, new approaches or partnerships.- Liaise with Leasing team to obtain any change in Leasing financials (acquisition, modification, exit etc)- Liaise with Strategy Team on RE strategy for Office and Data Centers- Help with arriving at total costs for a site and if possible corresponding revenue.- MIS - Reporting.
