Join NexusTours as a Commercial Specialist EMEA , where you'll play a key role in supporting and strengthening our commercial relationships with top accounts.
You'll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, providing analytical insights and delivering a customer-centric experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Travel Partners Support: Provide indoor and outdoor commercial support for accounts and internal departments.
- Health Check T2M & TP Maintenance: Monitor and support processes, SLAs, and health check indicators to ensure operational excellence.
- Incidence Resolution: Liaise with and coordinate between all involved departments to resolve issues and enhance the Travel Partner experience.
- Project & Strategy Management: Track project progress, ensure timely task completion, and develop new commercial strategies based on account needs.
Requirements: - At least 1 year in business and commercial support roles.
- Experience in the tourism industry, preferably with Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
- Background in customer care and customer-centric operations.
- Data and commercial analysis expertise.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (other languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Tourism, or related fields (required).
