Commercial Training Instructional Developer LatamAbout the RoleResponsible for coordinating and implementing all Commercial Training and Loyalty Strategy initiatives for both end customers and distributors, to encourage brand engagement throughout the implementation of different initiatives that ensure effective business operation and help the brand boost customer retention and contribute to increasing sales.What you will doDesigning, developing, and implementing training programs for External and Internal Sales Reps.Assessing the training needs of the external and internal commercial teams to identify gaps and areas for improvement.Creating comprehensive training programs and materials, including presentations, manuals, online modules, and interactive exercises, personalized to different levels of expertise within the commercial team.Organizing training sessions, workshops, seminars, and webinars, ensuring they are scheduled effectively.Conducting training sessions either in person or virtually, ensuring engagement and effective knowledge transfer.Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs through metrics such as adoption rates, sales performance improvements, feedback from participants, and post-training assessments.Ensuring that all training programs comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Keeping up to date with industry trends and incorporating relevant changes into training programs.Working closely with other departments such as Marketing, Customer Marketing, and HR, to align training initiatives with broader company and brand goals.Leveraging technology platforms for training delivery and management, such as learning management systems (LMS), virtual classrooms, and multimedia tools to enhance training effectiveness and accessibility.Who you areBachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or similar.2 to 3 years of experience working in areas of training.Advanced English level.Intermediate Excel skills.Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive and creative presentations.Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Not mandatory.Result-oriented.Teamwork.Strong social skills (interpersonal relationships).Organized.Decision-making abilities.Leadership skills.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
