**Auto req ID**: 283583BR- **Accountabilities**- .- 100% Innovation Project planning (MS Project), follow up, and management.- Assure weekly status and meetings follow up with Multifunctional Teams to achieve product delivery on time- Lead and Support IC creation pre AOP next to local teams and categories- Lead and align beyond innovations projects to be approved by PMF- Lead directly alignment with PMF commercial team of innovation performance and project status Assure Project Status weekly Reports (Task Compliance)- Assure information next to marketing, finance, operations and Revenue Management for Revenue Forums and Cheetah meetings in order to properly approve the initiatives by Excomm- Carry Out Capex or other investments needed for Innovation or revenue management or innovation projects.- Assure a constant alignment with the business needs such as: Agile Mindset, Speed to Grow, Great5. Etc.- Generate Portfolio Management Reports and Accolade Dashbord. Ensure 100% of initiatives are uploaded in Accolade including key deliverables in order to comply with Latam monthly audits.- Fullfill the compliance of annual KPIs including Net Revenue, S2M and On Time Launches.Effectively interact with mid senior management level across a complex matrix of geographies, categories & functions, influencing the agenda, driving choices, facilitating decision making, risk assessment and conflict resolution.- **Main Purpose**- Lead beyond Innovation Projects with SG Process Governance for Multi Category in PMF, initiatives with high impact to the core business such as Revenue Management/Packprice & Imports While enabling Growth and driving efficiency in the lead of all project initiatives.**Qualifications/Requirements**:- ** Key Skills/Experience Required- Bachelor Degree on Administration or Industrial Engineering- Other: Project Management knowledge; Office + MS Project (desired)- Languages: Spanish and English fluent advanced- Experience in similar area of a Consumer Goods Company 0-1 years- Multi Project and multi Teams coordination in a Consumer Goods Company 0-1 years- Project Development Process is a Plus- Autonomy and Scope: Market Unit Determinante- Results Impact: Shared Level I since 0% to 1% GS- Administración y Desarrollo de Gente: Funcional Administrativo- Relaciones con Otros:- Internal: Informar Gerencial- External: Negociar Baja**Relocation Eligible**: Not Applicable**Job Type**: Regular
