Job Title: Commissioning Engineer
Location: Ensenada, Baja California, Mex
Reporting directly to the Commissioning Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Implementing and executing the Pre-commissioning/Commissioning plan for the assigned tasks.
Participating in the timely and qualitative preparation of CSU Execution Plan at procedures in coordination with other disciplines.
Reviewing the documents of the Call For Bid packages relative to CSU, particularly the battery limits with Client.
Assisting the Subcontracting Team during the bidding phase to answer bidders' clarifications, review technical offers, and prepare the TBT.
Defining the CSU sequence in coordination with Construction and Planning Teams.
Defining the site manning chart and estimating the needs in specialized subcontractors.
Executing the follow-up of PC&C activities, on a defined area/unit/plant or group of systems.
Performing static and dynamic tests, generating associated report sheets, and ensuring availability for handover teams.
Ensuring that all PC&C activities under your control are performed in accordance with the stated procedures, safety rules, and instructions from the Start-up Manager or Commissioning Operation Superintendent.
Preparing and generating the pre-commissioning procedures on site.
Controlling the construction subcontractor's Pre-commissioning and Commissioning team dedicated to you.
Leading the work of some Pre-commissioning and Commissioning operators and vendors during the commissioning task.
About You
We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
Fluency in English.
University engineering degree, with minimum moderate experience in process or engineering.
Experience in EPC projects.
Multi-type of main contracting scheme (FEED).
Multi-type of construction contracting scheme (multi-subcontracting, consortium, general).
