If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you.Position SummaryWe are currently seeking a Commissioning Engineer, reporting directly to the Commissioning Manager, to join our team based in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementing and executing the Precommissioning/Commissioning plan for the assigned tasks.Participates in the timely and qualitative preparation of the CSU Execution Plan and procedures in coordination with other disciplines.Reviews the documents of the Call For Bid packages relative to CSU, in particular the battery limits with Client.During the bidding phase, assists the Subcontracting Team to answer bidders' clarifications, review technical offers, and prepare the TBT.Participates to define the CSU sequence in coordination with Construction and Planning Teams.Participates to define the site manning chart, estimating the needs in specialized subcontractors.Executes the follow-up of PC&C activities on a defined area/unit/plant or group of systems.Performs the static and dynamic tests and generates the associated report sheets, ensuring they are available for handover teams.Ensures that all PC&C activities under his/her control are duly performed in accordance with the stated procedures, in conformity with safety rules and as per the instructions of the start-up Manager or Commissioning Operation Superintendent.Prepares and generates the pre-commissioning procedures on site.Controls the construction subcontractor's Pre-commissioning and Commissioning team dedicated to him/her.May lead the work of some Pre-commissioning and Commissioning operators and vendors during the commissioning task.About YouWe'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:Fluency in English.University engineering degree, with minimum moderate experience in process or engineering.Experience in EPC projects.Multi-type of main contracting scheme (FEED).Multi-type of construction contracting scheme (multi-subcontracting, consortium, general).Inclusion StandardsIn our continuous journey to developing and building a culture of inclusion, we adhere to four Inclusion Gold Standards:We challenge our biases and embrace diversity of thought.No one has all the knowledge and solutions; collectively we do.We foster a caring environment where people are respected, comfortable to share, and be heard.We promote active listening for effective decision-making and action
