What you will be doing Project Management Strong time management skills to be able to work on multiple projects at a time across different countries and time zones.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Communicates effectively with both business operations and construction managers.Have strong negotiating skills to listen and assess project issues between teams and provide guidance for project issue resolutions to keep the project moving forward.Responds to internal construction managers and external general contractors on guidance for the successful planning and execution of all commissioning activities.Manages Commissioning Consultants day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with scope and contract.Assist Commissioning Consultants with RFI's related to projects in progress.Creates and implements multi-facility, standards-based commissioning plans and schedules that are handed off to others to fulfill.Provides input and suggestions on new and existing Critical Environment Programs with a mix of new builds, existing facility expansions and facility end of life projects.Responsible for regional, short- to medium-term pipeline management to inform resource planning.Responsible to the Directors of Construction, Commercial, Design, Commissioning in input into the project budget for all commissioning related activities.Develops the architecture of electrical and mechanical Functional Performance Test procedures and Factory Acceptance Test Procedures to be implemented by Cx Consultants
