Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency throughout the procurement lifecycle.- Project Management: Lead the implementation of new procurement projects across five different regions. Develop project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and ensure successful execution within budget and schedule constraints.- KPI Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs related to procurement financials, including cost reduction, cost avoidance, and increased supplier payment terms. Develop dashboards and reports to track performance and identify trends.- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and supply chain teams, to align procurement strategies with business objectives. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and performance metrics.- Training and Development: Provide training and support to procurement teams to ensure compliance with best practices and policies.
