STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT MANAGMENT,Siemens Guadalajara**OBJETIVO**:The Production Technology coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the Manufacturing engineer team, strategy and KPI definition and monitoring, investment plan definition and control.**FUNCIONES**:- Commodity Strategy Development, Execution and Control aligned with Global Commodity Manager (Iron Casting, Aluminium Casting and Forging Commodities)- Lead and coordinate all responsibilities of purchasing department since the acquisition and development phase, supervising that all processes are followed to assure the success of the project until its introduction into mass production phase- Price Negotiation with Local and Global Suppliers- Supplier Evaluation Responsible to keep, change, increase Phase Out Plans. Planning, Development and Execution- Contract Management with Suppliers (NDA´s, Bailment Agreements, Frame and Quality Agreements, etc)- Point of escalation for Logistics, R&D and Quality issues with complex negotiations- Act as Program Manager for Supplier Development since Market Screening, RFI´s, RFQ´s, Business Case Creation, Supplier Qualification and Strategy Deployment- Responsible for Monitor, Control and Follow up for KPI´s such as PPC/PPV, Payment Terms, Global Value Sourcing (Localization in Low Cost Countries), Contract Coverage, Material Cost Reduction Programs.**REQUIREMENTS**:- A minimum of 10+ years of work experience in a manufacturing company.- English: advanced- Strong leadership and customer orientation skills- Digitalization and process automation knowledge- SAP Knowledge- Excel: advanced**CAPABILITIES**:Result oriented, leadership, excellent verbal and written communication, customer orientation, problem solving, change management.**OFFER**:Direct hiring with the company + Benefits above the Law.Location: Planta La Tijera, Guadalajara, Jalisco**Organization**: Digital Industries**Company**: Siemens, S.A. de C.V.**Experience Level**: Experienced Professional**Job Type**: Full-time
