Our cutting-edge products and technologies are used by the most successful manufacturers in the automotive industry, including General Motors, Ford motor Company and Stellantis.This is your opportunity to join STRATTEC as a **Commodity Buyer (Services)****OBJETIVE**: Develop and implement category strategies including lead of negotiations, supplier selection, supplier relationship, stakeholder management and implementing contracts for purchasing categories related to Services (e.G., security, cleaning, employee transportation, cafeteria)**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Negotiates favorable terms, volume discounts and contracts and service agreements with suppliers, and prepares and processes purchase orders for the procurement of services (e.G., security, cleaning, transportation, cafeteria, facilities maintenance)- Develops and implements purchasing strategies for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, service delivery improvements and process efficiencies- Scouts the market for services supplier base optimization (e.G. security, cleaning, employee transportation, cafeteria)- Supports the functional teams (e.G. HR, EHS, Maintenance) with recurrent supplier's performance reviews and promotes the use of services scorecards.- End to end project manager for savings initiatives from idea creation to implementation and financial validation- Works with requestors to ensure that proper SOW, SOR or specs are set- Leads continuous cost reduction process for category- Provides service to multiple sites and functional teams in Mexico and USA**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, or Engineering or equivalent Supply Chain Management experience.- Minimum of 7 years experience sourcing and negotiating contracts in Mexico and USA.- Understanding of labor law requirements focused on subcontracting and outsourcing (e.G.
