.Experienced Professional**Let's talk about you**:**Your Profile**- University Degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or degree in Engineering, with strong preference in Industrial, Engineering- Professional Experience (minimum 4 years) in at least one of the fields - Strategic Procurement, Commodity Management, Strategy Consulting- Technical Knowledge in Sophisticated Negotiation Concepts, eAuctions, Contract Negotiations- Sophisticated Business English is required, German is desired at professional working proficiency level.- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of time- Experience in Electrical parts and systems such as Automation, Measurement equipment and Cabinets- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills- Sophisticated Negotiation experience- Experience leading Long Term Contracts and negotiating complex terms and conditions.- Strong solid understanding of manufacturing techniques and processes for assigned commodity.- Excellent change leadership skills and proven ability to lead change.**Your Responsibilities**:- Engage with local and global customers within the commodities to which they are assigned - Automation, Measurement, Instrument & Testing, Cabinets and Low Voltage Switchgears, support activities for Balanced Energy Systems (Hydrogen)- Lead cross-functional commodity teams and circles- Develop comprehensive strategies that support Siemens Energy business objectives.- Lead specific supplier relationships fulfilling the accountabilities of the Supplier Relationship Leader.- Responsible for the creation and/or deployment of Cost Models for designated commodities/services/products and the development and delivery of the agreed financial commitments.- Responsible for developing the relevant commodity and parent and/or vendor level supplier strategies and of their execution.- Facilitate category teams and develop collaborative, believing relationship with team members.- Implement processes and programs to drive continuous improvement- Visit suppliers as necessary to analyze facilities and processes, negotiate pricing, quality, and lead-times, which lead to maintaining effective long-term supplier relationships.- Work with various functional areas such as Engineering, Quality and Finance to resolve problems associated with the commodity.- Develop and implement scoring methods (pricing/business alignment matrix) to accurately assess new suppliers' strategic alignment Siemens Energy business environment.- Responsibility to comply and / or implement the protocols, policies, guidelines, and proficiencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality)
