Commodity Manager

Will be responsible for managing relationships with contract manufacturing partners to ensure the timely and cost-effective production of high-quality products. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, overseeing production schedules, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Maintaining strong partnerships and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the contract manufacturing process.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, contract manufacturing, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience managing relationships with contract manufacturers and overseeing production operations.APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar certification is a plus.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and drive data-driven decision-making.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to multitask.Ability to deal effectively with time pressures, stress, and changing demands of job regularly.Ability to handle highly confidential business information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
