We as an CPI team are responsible cilitate and coar Continuous Improvement Procecusing on KPI's across the Manufacturing Unit.
Lead Kaizen Events with multidisciplinary teams as well as leaders of the CPI Trainir all employees as well as working with business units to achieve success by increasing productivity, reducing costs, and improving processecuses on identifying and removing process inefficiencies using key Continuous Improvement tools and a defined methodolor solving problemsdown to root cause.
This role will serve as Production Wastes Identification across the VSM, Visuctory Implementation across BU, leading and coaching in Six Sigma Projects, lead and participate in workshops to identify cost reduction projects.
5 year of Importante empresa in a similar role Certification on Six Sigma Green or Black is a must Advanced excel skills (such as macros development).
Minitab proficiency.
SAP knowledge English proficiency (writing and speaking).
Proficient in Timer Pro.
Autocad and Solid Works expertise.
