**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
This role focuses on communications for the Wellbeing (Vive Saludable) programs within Total Rewards and also supports the Benefits area. Responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of campaigns, and designing visually appealing and effective materials for various channels—such as the weekly bulletin, WhatsApp messaging, digital screens, and printed materials.
**Your Impact**
As** Communication Sr. Analyst** your responsibilities would consist of:
- ** Planning and Execution of Campaigns**: Assist in strategizing and implementing communication campaigns to promote wellbeing initiatives, working very close to the Wellbeing team.
- ** Content Creation and Design**: Design visually appealing and effective materials for various channels, including the weekly bulletin, WhatsApp messaging, digital screens, and printed materials. This also involves creating short videos and GIFs.
- ** Communication Management**: Schedule communications, update distribution lists, and manage calendar invitations to ensure timely and organized dissemination of information.
- ** Platforms Administration**: Oversee the Total Rewards and Vive Saludable SharePoint sites, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible, among other platforms.
- ** Idea Generation**: Develop innovative ideas for communication campaigns to enhance employee engagement.
- ** Agency Coordination**: Collaborate with the communication agency to follow up on wellness campaigns and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
**¿Who Are We Looking For?**
**Key skills and experience required**:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Visual Communication, or Design.
- 2 years experience in internal communication, related
- Advanced English required
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and other software to create visually compelling materials for various channels.
- Ability to produce engaging multimedia content, including short videos and GIFs, to enhance communication campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities for crafting effective messages and collaborating with team members.
- Experience in planning and executing communication campaigns, creating and analyzing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
