- Implement internal and external communications strategies under the guidance of the Communications Expert.- Review our company's communications materials and check the content for grammatical and stylistic errors.
- Help the Communications expert to maintain communication between the company and HQ.
- Assist the Communication expert to design and adjust materials, posters, flyers, and other forms of print media for Manufacturing Site.
- Organize initiatives, employee meetings and plan events or town halls.
- Work together with the communication expert to transmit the correct messages to the manufacturing facility.
Engagement- Addressing all clients' requests and concerns.
- Managing the engagement strategy
- Tracking and managing engagement metrics.
- Managing and monitoring engagement budget
- Management of the retention strategy related to the work environment.
