You will manage all activities and strategies relevant to the organizational communication of BRK plants.
**JOB DUTIES:
- Plan communication strategies and campaigns for the different departments.
- Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs designed to inform employees about the initiatives and policies of the company they represent.
- Maintain and update internal and external communication portals, including communications, web pages and social networks.
- Help maintain the identity and corporate image of the organization.
- Devise and monitor low-cost communication/promotion actions with high communication impact.
- Monitor the printed media at the national and local level to verify what is happening on the public agenda and at the news level.
- Institutional Communications: work with the area manager to disseminate or generate notices or organizational communication campaigns.
- Ensure that all information, communications and visibility material produced in the organization comply with the provisions of the corporate image manual.
- Leads the organization of institutional events and coordinates their promotion. This includes events, campaign launches, dinners, etc.
- Alternative communication strategies: support the production and editing of informative or pedagogical videos,
- Achievement of all the information necessary to write bulletins, news, communications on social networks, website, with the quality and in the time agreed for diverse audiences.
- Responsible for the correct storage and preservation of photos, videos and case studies for use by the organization.
- Update the information transmitted through internal means of communication as required, so that it reflects the current work of all areas of the organization
- Keep employees informed of the key activities and news of each work area of the organization, through newsletters and internal communication media, among other tools.
- Leads and Coordinates Cafeteria and Transportation services.
- Supports and provides results on the training and awareness of its personnel in the objectives, goals, aspects, impacts, improvements and operational controls to raise awareness about caring for the environment. Actively participates in the 6S Program, which is a critical business objective, ensuring compliance with the program's regulations and carrying out the activities required of him or her as an Auditor, Coordinator, Leader or member of the Committee.
**YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or related careers
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Graphic design programs management.
- Video creation and editing programs Management. Intermediate-Advanced English communication skills (able to read, understand and translate official documents)
