Your tasks
As part of the Communications team, the Communications Intern is a creative mind that will contribute to marketing and communications for the corporate content, events, presentations, communication campaigns, culture strategy, digital and social media content, and product launches.
Duties and responsibilities
- You will help conceptualize communication and marketing strategies
- Support organizing events (Photography and video)
- You will create several audiovisual products
- You will create marketing products using communications and design skills
- You will generate social media content (copies, captions and flyers)
- You will support internal communications campaigns
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as required
- You will create survey analysis reports
- You will support updating training materials such as FAQs, manuals and tutorials
- You will learn to better communicate with people from different backgrounds, departments and countries
**Profile**:
'Qualifications
- Be an active student of Communication, Marketing or related field of study, coursing 6th - 9th semester.
- Very good written and verbal English and Spanish language skills
- A passion for writing and phrasing
- Intercultural and diversity sensitivity
- Basic knowledge in photography and audiovisual products (podcast, interviews, clips)
- Knowledge in online-collaboration tools like Teams, Sharepoint, etc.
- Knowledge using the Adobe creative suite (Ilustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
- Good MS Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail, organized and with good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in Social Media
