Communication Review Consultant

TripleTen is a global online bootcamp dedicated to empowering individuals to master tech professions regardless of their prior experience. We specialize in software engineering, data analytics, data science, and QA engineering, providing accessible training to help individuals secure new opportunities in the tech industry.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken. Fluency in Portuguese will be a huge plus!
- Proven experience in communication analysis, coaching, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of tone of voice and its impact on student engagement and satisfaction.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Experience in educational technology, online learning, or a related industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, multicultural team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

What you will do:

- Evaluate the tone of voice, language use, and communication strategies for appropriateness, effectiveness, and alignment with Triple Ten's brand values.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to Success Managers on improving their communication skills, with a focus on empathy, clarity, and engagement.
- Develop guidelines and best practices for effective communication in Spanish.
