Communication Specialist**Job Number:**:HUM01008V )**Primary Location**: Mexico-Baja California Norte-Mexicali**Description**:Responsible to support Medline hr operations in Mexicali site, acting as a communication specialist, coordinating organizational events, internal & external branding campaigns, managing recognition program, internal & external communication of the company.- Assisting with developing corporate communications programs to support Medline communication initiatives.- Establish an internal communications strategy- Create, edit and publish videos and photographys- Strong involvement with social media efforts, including message development.- Support One Mexico communication strategies.- Working with outside vendors, including advertising agencies, on specific communications projects.- Assisting with developing and executing events and other specialized communications initiatives that support specific company initiatives or messaging.- Providing communications support for appropriate department specific internal communications initiatives.- Create media opportunities to promote company branding- Coordinating internal events- Manage recognition program- Development of power point presentations.- Working with vendors, including, audio/visual personnel and others who are involved in staging large events, to ensure coordination among all parties.- Works closely with hr and other departments of the company to ensure communications are consistent.**Qualifications**:' Bachelor's degree: Communication, marketing or related field.- Minimum 3-yrs. of experience working in similar position- Experience in organizational communication & event coordination- Experience in internal communication strategies- Knowledge of the whole organization and interaction of each department- Planning ability (medium and long term),- Teamwork- Results orientation- Attention to detail and accuracy, planning and organizing,- Ability to work efficiently with individuals and groups (peers, superiors and subordinates)- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
