The communications and engagement role works closely with different members of the organization, also works directly with the communication specialist, and reports directly to the human resources manager. In this role, the employee will be responsible for creating communication materials, such as internal communications, collaborating with the communication expert to publish relevant topics of the organization. As engagement specialist, strategies and defining and tracking engagement metrics that supported the organization performance. - Implement internal and external communications strategies under the guidance of the Communications Expert. - Review our company's communications materials and check the content for grammatical and stylistic errors. - Help the Communications expert to maintain communication between the company and HQ. - Assist the Communication expert to design and adjust materials, posters, flyers, and other forms of print media for Manufacturing Site. - Organize initiatives, employee meetings and plan events or town halls. - Work together with the communication expert to transmit the correct messages to the manufacturing facility.
