**Objective**
Development of experiences and communication pieces for the culture agenda, adopting a regional approach and monitoring them.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Design, execute and measure internal campaigns for different internal audiences.
- Support in the communication forums with the executive team and responsible of execute the cascade process into operations and functions areas.
- Professional execution in broadcasting events.
- Holistic management of internal communication channels.
- Monitoring of legal compliance, audits, and maintaining updated quality management system for communication.
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree bachelor's degree in communication, Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Journalism or similar.
- Knowledge: Adobe design package proficient (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign). Excellent writing skills. Innovation and creativity (facility of connecting needs and generating new solutions). Negotiation and decision making (multi-functional collaboration). Results oriented and strategic vision.
- Languages: English - proficient. Portuguese - is desirable.
- Experience Required: Experience - 3-4 years in internal communication roles, for manufacturing industries and corporate environments. Exposure to crisis management. - Awareness of the different needs of the internal market. Experience in projects based on change management methodology.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
