You will execute effective business communications across varied internal communications approaches, reflecting industry and organizational best practices. RESPONSIBILITIES Work with and report to Director, Communications, to manage integrated strategic employee communications for CSL Plasma, including tactical development and coordination. Work collaboratively to support communications opportunities, aligned with business goals and audience needs. Execute internal communications tactics such as talking points, town hall content, weekly newsletter, digital and multimedia content, e-mails, webcasts/podcasts and presentations. Lead efforts to enhance and govern employee intranet and digital internal communications channels. Provide communication counsel and support for business initiatives led by enabling functions and CSL teams, including Environmental Health and Safety, Plasma Operations, Quality, Marketing, Human Resources and supporting functions. Implement policies and programs to drive internal employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees. Enact internal communications practices to drive employee engagement, change management and support CSL Plasma and CSL reputation. Measure effectiveness of communications and adjust approach. Collaborate with global communications team to implement communications strategies. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism or equivalent or equivalent combination of education, training and experience 5 years' experience in strategic communications required Demonstrated execution of strategy and tactics, including writing, editing and creative skills Digital communications experience, including intranet and content management systems Skills in working with cross-organizational teams, and coaching and counseling others Preferred Qualifications: Maintain high level of confidentiality and ability to make sound judgments Show knowledge of internal communications technology and best practices Health, pharmaceutical or retail industry communications experience WORKING CONDITIONS 2-3 days/week working onsite in Boca Raton Corporate Office with remaining days remote May work extended hours occasionally Overnight travel may be required up to 10% of the time CSL offers the following benefits: medical/dental/vision benefits, short- and long-term disability, tuition assistance, 401(k), 15 days of PTO, 4 personal holidays 8 company holidays/year.
