At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:**Accountabilities**Functional Responsibilities- Serve as key point of contact and trusted business partner to market and function teams.- Support external and internal communications teams in an agile way.- Work collaboratively across delivery teams (e.G. with Creative Solutions (graphic design) and Monitoring, Listening & Analytics teammembers)- Work closely with market and function Communications stakeholders to develop internal and external communications plansand content strategies that include:Town halls, infographics, country/market brochures, website content,etc.)- Drafting, staging, and execution of content via PepsiCo Communications channels.- Executive social media content including calendars, drafting copy, working with graphic designers to create posts,managing the approvals process, and partnering with Insights team for metrics and engagement.- Write daily media roundup of external media monitoring, as needed.- Design and deliver internal town halls by providing content recommendations, working with graphic designers tocreate assets, executing channel communications, partner with Insights team on surveys, metrics and engagement.- Develop executive summaries for campaigns, events, and annual plans, including quantitative and qualitativeinsights.- Storymining around PepsiCo's ongoing themes - Sustainability, DEI, Digitization, Community/ foundation, etc.)- When needed, create concepts and write scripts for videos/audios/other mulit-media content pieces for internaland external owned channels.- Create Communications toolkits including templates, messages, FAQs, communications plans, assets, etc
