The Role:
As a Communications Executive your key duties will include:
Leading the company's social committee, organising employee and charity eventsDeveloping and managing the company's intranet and internal communicationsOrganising employee briefings and producing the quarterly company newsletterManaging employee engagement initiatives and assisting with HR administrationRepresenting the company at external events when requiredSupporting HR and Marketing teams with additional duties
The Person:
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a degree-level education or equivalent, and at least GCSE English Grade BBe an effective team leader, communicator, and presenter with strong organisational and delegation skillsBe confident, with a can-do attitude and a passion for employee engagementHave experience in marketingNewly qualified graduates are welcome to apply, with prior experience in a marketing or communications role considered desirable but not essential
