time left to apply End Date: November 25, 2024 (2 days left to apply)job requisition id JR110787Why Merit?Essential Functions PerformedProvides advanced administrative and technical support for various areas of HR functions to include benefits, compensation, employment, safety, etc.Prepares materials needed by HR managers for conferences, correspondence, appointments, and meetings.Creates and prepares reports from the HR database.Assists the Benefit Specialist with new hire benefit paperwork, filing, and billing.Assists Employment Manager with new hire paperwork and employee evaluation process.Assists Compensation Manager with job description/training review program and 90-day new hire evaluations.Performs other related duties and tasks as required.Essential Physical/Environmental DemandsSummary of Minimum QualificationsEducational experience equivalent to a High School Diploma with five years previous administrative experience.Administrative HR experience strongly preferred.Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and maintain filing and office systems.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with others.CompetenciesCommentsInfectious Control Risk Category III: The risk category explains whether or not employees are likely to come into contact with blood or body fluids while performing their jobs.
