The Communications Manager will play a key role in supporting WEC's communications strategies by crafting compelling narratives and pitching stories to journalists that advance WEC's mission. This includes drafting bilingual press materials, developing press strategies, managing media relationships across multiple geographies, and coordinating interviews that elevate the thought leadership of WEC and our partners. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Communications and Programs teams to create tailored media strategies for on-the-ground partners, support special initiatives, and ensure timely updates that maintain accurate data.This role is ideal for a highly motivated self-starter who understands the transformative power of narrative and storytelling and who wants to use their skills to expand WEC's reach and amplify the mission-critical work of our partners
